Career Transition and Leadership Coaching
For individuals and leaders navigating change and exploring what’s next.
If you’re navigating something like this…
You feel stuck or unsure what’s next in your career
You’re ready for a change but don’t know where to start
You’ve stepped into a role that requires you to lead differently
You’re questioning whether your current path still fits
You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
What Coaching Is (and What It Isn’t)
Coaching is often misunderstood, especially if you haven’t experienced it before.
At its core, coaching is a space to think, reflect, and explore what’s possible—with support and challenge along the way.
Coaching is:
A collaborative partnership built on trust
Centered on your goals and what matters most to you
A process that supports reflection and self-discovery
Grounded in asking, not telling
Coaching isn’t:
A hierarchical relationship where one person has the answers
Transactional or surface-level
Centered on someone else’s goals or agenda
A course to teach you the “right” way
About telling you what to do
Coaching creates space to slow down, think more clearly, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Career Transition Coaching
Change and transition are often used interchangeably, but they’re not the same.
Change is an event. Transition is the process of moving through it.

Career transitions often include:
Moving into a different career
Changing organizations or companies
Shifting sectors such as nonprofit, government, or private
Starting a business
Preparing for retirement
And more!
In career transition coaching, we work together one-on-one to make sense of where you are and move forward in a way that feels intentional and aligned.
Along the way, we:
Clarify what matters most to you
Explore possibilities and potential directions
Think through tradeoffs and decisions
Identify next steps and take action
Work through challenges as they arise
Every transition looks different. I offer coaching support based on where you are in the process, whether you’re just beginning to explore or ready to take your next step.

Leadership Coaching
Leadership often requires you to grow before you feel fully ready.
Whether you’re stepping into a new role, taking on greater responsibility, or rethinking how you lead, this is a space to grow into what’s being asked of you.

Common leadership transitions include:
Stepping into a new leadership role
Expanding scope or responsibility
Leading former peers or new teams
Navigating increased complexity or visibility
Rethinking your leadership approach as expectations evolve
In leadership coaching, we work together one-on-one to strengthen how you lead in a way that feels effective and sustainable.
Along the way, we:
Clarify your leadership goals and what matters most
Reflect on what’s working and where you want to grow
Explore new approaches and ways of leading
Identify next steps and take action
Work through challenges as they arise
Assessments may be used to support reflection and uncover patterns, strengths, and potential blind spots.
