Career Transition and Leadership Coaching

For individuals and leaders navigating change and exploring what’s next.

If you’re navigating something like this…

ionicons-v5-oYou feel stuck or unsure what’s next in your career

ionicons-v5-oYou’re ready for a change but don’t know where to start

ionicons-v5-oYou’ve stepped into a role that requires you to lead differently

ionicons-v5-oYou’re questioning whether your current path still fits

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

What Coaching Is (and What It Isn’t)

Coaching is often misunderstood, especially if you haven’t experienced it before.

At its core, coaching is a space to think, reflect, and explore what’s possible—with support and challenge along the way.

Coaching is:

ionicons-v5-oA collaborative partnership built on trust

ionicons-v5-oCentered on your goals and what matters most to you

ionicons-v5-oA process that supports reflection and self-discovery

ionicons-v5-oGrounded in asking, not telling

Coaching isn’t:

A hierarchical relationship where one person has the answers

Transactional or surface-level

Centered on someone else’s goals or agenda

A course to teach you the “right” way

About telling you what to do

Coaching creates space to slow down, think more clearly, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Career Transition Coaching

Change and transition are often used interchangeably, but they’re not the same.

Change is an event. Transition is the process of moving through it.

Career transitions often include:

ionicons-v5-oMoving into a different career

ionicons-v5-oChanging organizations or companies

ionicons-v5-oShifting sectors such as nonprofit, government, or private

ionicons-v5-oStarting a business

ionicons-v5-oPreparing for retirement

ionicons-v5-oAnd more!

In career transition coaching, we work together one-on-one to make sense of where you are and move forward in a way that feels intentional and aligned.

Along the way, we:

ionicons-v5-oClarify what matters most to you

ionicons-v5-oExplore possibilities and potential directions

ionicons-v5-oThink through tradeoffs and decisions

ionicons-v5-oIdentify next steps and take action

ionicons-v5-oWork through challenges as they arise

Every transition looks different. I offer coaching support based on where you are in the process, whether you’re just beginning to explore or ready to take your next step.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership often requires you to grow before you feel fully ready.

Whether you’re stepping into a new role, taking on greater responsibility, or rethinking how you lead, this is a space to grow into what’s being asked of you.

Common leadership transitions include:

ionicons-v5-oStepping into a new leadership role

ionicons-v5-oExpanding scope or responsibility

ionicons-v5-oLeading former peers or new teams

ionicons-v5-oNavigating increased complexity or visibility

ionicons-v5-oRethinking your leadership approach as expectations evolve

In leadership coaching, we work together one-on-one to strengthen how you lead in a way that feels effective and sustainable.

Along the way, we:

ionicons-v5-oClarify your leadership goals and what matters most

ionicons-v5-oReflect on what’s working and where you want to grow

ionicons-v5-oExplore new approaches and ways of leading

ionicons-v5-oIdentify next steps and take action

ionicons-v5-oWork through challenges as they arise

Assessments may be used to support reflection and uncover patterns, strengths, and potential blind spots.
